If you’re unable to come to Sully’s for a personal fitting, print out this form and take it to your nearest men’s clothing store, tailor shop or tuxedo business for your measurements. Once your measurements have been recorded you may send them to us (at least 3-6 weeks prior to the event date) via this online form or click here for printable form to mail or e-mail.
